The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive to our needs. They went above and beyond for us. It was truly an incredible experience staying at Urugano Virunga Palace. Everything was fantastic, and we could not have asked for more.

The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in around. They also were able to recommend the best Rwandan traditional local food for our dinner , We booked the culture based tour with their Safaris company and the experience in the local village is incredible and you can't wish to leave the village , The Rwandan community is friendly and a big award reserved by Volcanoes Over View Safaris for connecting community and conservation for Rwandan sustainable tourism , We enjoyed Rwandan traditional food cooking experience, Local banana beer brewery experience , traditional entertainment mainly traditional gaming ,traditional dancing and all in all the experience in Rwanda is awesome ! Hope to back to Rwanda and meet Rwandan local people who are living around Volcanoes national park ! My friends greet baby gorillas my cousins on my behalf 😍😍😂😂😂
