The rooms are spacious and we had excellent breakfast. It’s nice to jump in the pool to cool down. You can do a wine tasting which was fun to do and there is a good restaurant next to the guesthouse. It’s very near the Italian border. The place has an interesting history.

Very helpful and nice staff. Everything was clean and ready for us. Hot tub functions perfectly. Location is a bit isolated but perfect for resting. In the hall in front of all apartments is very equipped coffee and tea station.

Lovely, modern rooms in a quiet village with stunning views. The room was comfortable, the breakfast was nice-served in a former wine shop. The host was helpful and gave a nice recommendation for dinner in another village about 10 minutes drive from Smartno. Some reviews said the drive to Smartno was challenging and a bit scary. It was not. Don’t let those reviews keep you away.

A good location for a relaxing holiday in Kojsko, Pri Marjotu is a guest house surrounded by views of the mountain. The property features a garden, terrace, and parking on-site among other facilities....

Our stay was wonderful! So much better than expected, the view and the property were beautiful. We rented e-bikes which made our trip very easy and seamless. Breakfast was excellent. Would love to stay here again!!
