This place deserves to be more than a 1-star hotel. The owner is very kind and welcoming. Their English is very good and they know how to make you feel at home. There are also 3 cats on the property! The room was clean and comfortable with a fridge and electric kettle. It’s a 20 minute walk from the different night markets on the water, and a short drive to Ao Nang beaches! Absolutely would recommend staying here.

We loved our stay in Baan Panmala Guesthouse. We were there for 3 nights, it was very comfortable and quiet. The Host Chai was amazing and super helpful. He was super informative and willing to help with everything we needed. The guest house provides a booklet with everything that can be done around, and they serve delicious authentic homemade Thai food. The location is great as well. many sites to visit nearby, and getting around is very easy if you rent a scooter. If you don't, the host is more than happy to take you around at a very reasonable cost. Can't wait to come back for a longer stay and explore the area even more. Big thanks to our hosts for making it a wonderful stay.
