Extremely caring hosts, a totally new house with excellent facilities, a full kitchen (if you ever need one in the land of amazing cheap food), and good location close to Old town Breakfast is freshly cooked every day, way too big for us, and delicious. On some mornings the hosts invited us over to their house, and we dined like emirs, surrounded by hand painted wall decorations, done by the hosts ' son. Wifi perfect- one evening I had a 2 hour meeting and the line was excellent throughout. water fountain available, no plastic garbage! Cannot recommend enough (tip: close to the house there is. small market which sells incredible home made kefir, in jars you are expected to return, like in good old days).

We enjoyed our stay at Ikat Terrace very much. It is located very conveniently in the old city, within walking distance of the Kalon Minaret and other tourist attractions. It's also close enough to a main road from where we could get transport to visit the few attractions not within walking distance. The staff were courteous and friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean, and all the facilities listed were provided. The view from the terrace was excellent, and it was enhanced by the extensive and tasty breakfast served every day - the home-made apricot jam deserves special mention.

Great location in the old town, so close to everything you will want to see. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and friendly, and they gave me a cold bottle of water after a long train journey. The single room is a bit small (just so you know--you can see this in photographs), but it had everything I needed and was super clean. The breakfast was also nice. Recommended, especially when you consider it is only a bit more expensive than a dorm. Treat yourself for a couple extra bucks!

The karim amaki is sooooo friendly. The triple room is sooooo clean and spacious. Bathroom almost like bedroom size. Heater is good. Old city just walk away by feet.

Excellent location. Located on a quiet street steps away from the main attractions. The room was large and clean. same with bathroom. This guesthouse is ran by a young family who were extremely nice and accommodating. The breakfasts were amazing too..I think this place is almost perfect for this price range.

Great location, many places in walking distance, morning bazaar is in 10m walk to get some veggies and fruits. Clean and cozy room with everything you need for several days stay. Nice breakfast (lunch and dinner upon request). Extremely helpful hosts. Highly recommended.
