Excellent location: you may walk to everywhere. We could see the Imam Khoja minarette from.our window. Heated room, warm water, clean room. Excellent breakfast. Good wifi. 100%clean soft towels. There was even a hairdryer. Many plugs inside the room. The family that runs this local.guesthouse will go out of their way to get all requested done. Very helpful.We took as well the 3 castle tour through them. Good fast clear communication by mail in English. Rahmat! Some more hooks in the room (on the door/wall, bathroom)could be great to organize easier the room,as it is not very big. Bathroom could use a bit a makeover, but nothing that is really a big issue. I can recommend the place

The location of the hotel couldn't be better, you only need a couple of minutes to get to Ichan-kala. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. The rooms have everything that one needs during one's trip. The host is very friendly. I asked for an early breakfast (beyond normal hours) as I had to head to the airport early in the morning, and it turned out not to be a problem. We were also offered tea when we wanted, this is really nice. There's a nice restaurant right around the corner. Definitely best value for money and the best hotel among those we stayed at in Uzbekistan. I highly recommend.

Shod lol Guest House really offers you the feeling of being home! From the spacious lobby to the comfortable room, you will really feel like you are part of their family (say hi to their daughter!). The room facilities are clean and well-maintained. The local breakfast is excellent and satisfying. The guest house provides paid airport/train station pick up service to help you avoid the hectic bargaining at the airport/train station. You can order the dinner from the host, I would say they have the best pilaf and mantil in Khiva!

Great location, amazing staff, receptionist offered us self-made wine on the last day before leaving. Clean and cozy rooms, breakfast acceptable. Just be prepared that you need cash to pay for the room.

i loved the guest home's cozy, welcoming atmosphere, good breakfast and excellent common terrace.The location was perfect—quiet yet close to historical city Itchan Kala. 15 minutes walks to the Kiva Railway station .

Excellent location, right in the middle of the old town, close to attractions, restaurants. Big room, bathroom all right, everything extremely clean. Excellent breakfast, rich, homemade and very tasty. They even prepared a breakfast to go on the last day, as we left early. Excellent communication with the hosts, even if we didn't know Russian and they didn't know English. Very helpful, they also arranged for our transfer to the Urghench airport (Yandex is not working in Khiva). Thank you for everything!
