The rooms are lovely, some larger with jacuzzi some smaller. Had a great time at the outdoor bar across the parking area and the bistro across the main street. The hotel is self check-in, no front desk concierge. We did meet the staff in the morning and they were very friendly. The signage is minimal. The hotel entrance is on the first floor of what appears to be an apartment building

You can walk to the old town in less than 10 minutes. Easy to park with a car. I really like the pin code door opening system so I don't have to care about another key/card. Also got netflix here.

Iva new room with private bathroom is set in Zadar, 2.4 km from Karma Beach, 28 km from Kornati Marina, as well as 30 km from Biograd Heritage Museum. The room was clean and had everything that we needed. The host was also very welcoming and nice. Would recommend.

We had a very pleasant stay, staff is very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are beautifully decorated and the view from the balcony is amazing, escpecially at sunset.

The place was very new and everything is at a very high standard. It was sparkly clean, super comfortable, warm, and the host very lovely. The kitchen is well equipped to make simple meals, but also some restaurants are in walking distance. We stayed here to go climbing in Paklenica National Park, which is only a few minutes drive away.

Right on the water with a beach nearby. Short taxi ride to the old town and market nearby. Friendly host with onsite private parking. Very clean and comfortable

I enjoyed the location, right in the centre of the old town. The room was spotless and everything you could need is provided. Really happy with it, highly recommended!
