The place is very good located, close from Gion but in a quiet street, the Room is confortable, big enough for a couple. The staff was incredible, Sim the owner makes you feel at home and gives us the best advice for our itineraries. I will go again to Kyoto and stay as well at this place!!

The guest house features family rooms. The owner was very welcoming and responsive, which I truly appreciated. The room itself was lovely, with private shower and toilet. There’s also a kitchen available for guests. And I also enjoyed the pleasant incense on the first floor :)

The host is very warm and welcoming. The place has everything you possibly need during the trip. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend it.

Really, nothing wrong!

All the facilities are clean and comfortable. The owners are super friendly, full of useful tips and offer valuable advice and just general insight about Japan and Kyoto. Every morning they prepare traditional Japanese breakfast for free. I hope I get to come back at some point.
