This was our first time staying at Hilton The Walk, and I truly feel it won’t be our last. From the moment we arrived, Ms. Hannah at reception made us feel very welcome. She was pleasant, professional, and accommodating to all our needs during check-in. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, including the bathroom. What impressed us most was the housekeeping team’s attention to detail. Even without requesting room cleaning, we returned on our second day to find everything fresh and spotless. We stayed for 3 days, and the service remained excellent throughout. A special thanks as well to Carlo, who was very kind and accommodating. The bellboys, receptionists, security guards and all the staff we interacted with were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist. My kids especially enjoyed the pool and had a wonderful time throughout our stay. We also loved the food and snacks served at the pool bar. The mojito, fries, and kids’ meals were delicious and quickly became our family’s favorites. What stood out the most was the consistency of the service. Every staff member we encountered was attentive, welcoming, and committed to ensuring guests had a pleasant and comfortable stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay memorable. Our experience was truly worth it, and we look forward to returning again soon.
