They had unlimited hot and cold drinks and guests are allowed to eat inside the pod. It was a clean, cosy little pod for a few hours sleep during a long layover. The bathrooms were clean with private stalls. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Shuttle bus are one of services they provide to us, which can take us to the airport, or Dubai mall. Breakfast and dinner they provide my kind of foods for us. Location are nearby by the airport, and Metro Dubai. Room they provided for us is very comfortable.

As stated on my other review these people no jaw to make you feel welcome the staff here are superb. Friendly and welcoming, nothing was an issues from day one. The restaurant staff turkey care by the second day they know what you want to drink and are always on hand to help. The cleaning staff fantastic and friendly. The bar staff both the pool bar and main bar fantastic. The reception the same nothing is a problem. The food was fantastic we had half board and would recommend to anyone going there to do the same the food was so good that when it was repeated the second week we were all happy. The pool area and the gym perfect the gym is better than you could wish for. The whole hotel was great and I will return again.
