Very nicely appointed rooms. Our family room was actually 2 adjoining rooms each with its own bathroom and other facilities. All things considered we considered the hotel to be quite good value. It is also a short, easy walk to airport terminal 1 which also has a metro stop so its a great hotel to stay at if you want to be close to the airport and also be able to easily and cheaply travel to the city and beyond on the metro.

Peace, quiet and clean. Very clean. And affordable price. The streets near the hotel smell like parfume and are 100% safe. Hotel personnel are very very nice and polite. Clean bed, clean bed sheets, clean bathroom, clean carpets. Everything clean. Air conditioning works perfect. The tap water is of highest quality. The shower and toilet have a common door, so if you close the door for the shower, the toilet has no door - but no problem if traveling solo. The wall mirror is installed in such a way that the space looks almost double in size. Next time I will come with my family. Why? Because in every moment this hotel shows its perfection in excellency.

Dubai International Airport (DXB) Information

Location and Transport

Located 3 miles (5 kilometres) east of the city centre, Dubai International Airport sees around 83 million passengers pass through its gates each year, making it the busiest airport in the world. It’s well connected by public transport. Metro trains run roughly every ten minutes to/from Terminals 1 and 3, while buses stop opposite Terminal 1, 2 and 3. Taxis carry an AED 25 standard charge from the airport, with a journey time of around 15 minutes.

Nearby Hotels and Airport Facilities

Passengers with scheduled layovers or unexpected delays can find accommodation in Dubai International Airport or in nearby districts like Garhoud and Port Saeed. Some hotels provide a pick-up shuttle service. Before takeoff, you can enjoy some retail therapy in the duty-free shopping area, explore international cuisines, or relax in tranquil spaces like massage parlours and zen gardens. You can even rent a ‘SnoozeCube’ for a power nap before you fly.

Terminal Information

The weather was just right and theservice in the hotel was far above expectations. Downside: difficulty in using public transport; distance from DXB airport; ambient noise on the streets; difficulty in getting one's bearings without using a taxi; over-hyping of Christmas and consumerism. Dubai is uniquely exciting, but probably unsuitable for the very elderly and the infirm.

A great place for a few days' vacation.

A great place for a few days' vacation. Must see: al Noor Island with Butterfly Pavillon, Al Qasba Canal, Islamic Civilization Museum, Rain Room. The city is unexpectedly green, clean, mich calmer than Dubai and Abu Dhabi, with a nice long promenade along the lagoon. If you like beaches, go to al Khan Beach.

I book online and Paid they later told me that there’s no room available and I spoke to them they said they’ll refund since 24th Christmas Eve today is the 6th day no response no refund I just see them as scammers they’re not real I hope I can get my money back Because I still check the portals again they put it there that they still have 2 rooms which is all lies if you click on the link and pay they’ll take your money and later tell you. O room available that’s a horrible experience and extortion too bad experience and horrible

Dubai is a modern and impressive city known for its tall skyscrapers, luxury shopping, and clean environment. The city offers many attractions such as beaches, malls, theme parks, and cultural sites. Public places are well maintained, and safety is very good. However, Dubai can be expensive, especially for accommodation and activities. Some areas are very spread out, so transportation can take time. The weather is good during winter time. Overall, Dubai is a great destination for shopping, sightseeing, and experiencing modern city life, especially if you plan your budget and travel carefully.

The property changed the price just a few hours before check...

The property changed the price just a few hours before check-in, which came as a complete shock. We are still trying to secure a refund. I do have an issue with this practice; however, everything else was excellent. Furniture really needs to be changed now its getting way too old

I loved the way it looked so neat and different from other places we had been. The quality of the food was amazing everywhere. There was way to much to see and do for 5 days. I was so sad to see that people did not respect the place or one another. For example, people were rude and budged often. On our boat trip my husband and kids were shocked to see the people there throwing garbage outright onto the ocean. I was so surprised. I did not know who to tell. I can see the sheikh is trying to keep everything clean but people are not respectful. Maybe this is enabling people to be lazy. Perhaps a system were you can punish people for the serious crime of ruining our important resource of water which is scarcer each day, would be super important.

Sharjah adjoins Dubai in the UAE but there is no interconnecting public transport so you must rely on taxis (more expensive) or Uber (better choice). People in Sharjah were quite friendly, more so than Dubai although again people were not unfriendly. While there are some interesting sites to visit, it is not as grand or varied as Dubai. That said, Dubai not that special either! Not somewhere I'll be rushing back to, but if there had not been a conference to attend, I probably wouldn't have gone there in the first place.

I stayed in Ajman for two nights last week, and really enjoyed it. It’s a nice and busy city with a good beach and many shops offering reasonable prices. The only issue I noticed was the traffic during peak times.
