United StatesI was turned away from a hotel directly infront of them at 12 am because i was not 21 and therefore could not check in. even though it was past their check in time staff member decided to still audit me themselves since the system wouldn’t be able to do it so that i would have a place to sleep. it was a blizzard outside and their generosity and customer service have greatly improved my stay at minneapolis.

I paid more to book Embassy Suites Bloomington which is where all of the mall of America hotels are located. The embassy suites I thought we were booking is the "airport"
location. This should be renamed Bloomington and the location we stayed in should not be listed as a hotel in Mall
Of America. Our hotel was 15 minutes away from Mall of America. Very frustrated was sold to us as a mall of America location.

I had a great stay here! I always choose the Embassy Suites if I can, especially when traveling alone. I love the room configuration. I love having two sets of windows and being able to see into the hallway. Plus, the glass elevator and open hallways just adds another level of safety which I greatly appreciate! The fitness center is great! One of the best. And of course the breakfast is always top notch!

The staff are truly great, from the chefs in the morning to front staff and everyone who has to clean that giant hotel are amazing. The room was super comfortable for a family with small kids. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and a HUGE perk/ savings. Also the restaurant attached to this specific location is DELICIOUS, we thought we’d only want to eat at the mall but honestly came back to this restaurant twice. Definitely will be staying at embassy suites from now on.

We just came from a disappointing four night stay at the Embassy Suites West in Minneapolis. That hotel was far below exceptions and standards of an Embassy Suites. Glad the Hampton was above, it refreshed my memory about Hilton's quality.

The breakfast adds a tremendous value and makes Embassy Suites a good value by comparison to other similar hotels. The overall decor is also pleasing and open, not fancy necessarily but pleasing.
