The hotel offers an indoor pool and room service and free WiFi throughout the property. Service was beyond exceptional. Very impressed with how the staff treated their guests. We had difficulties with booking high-speed trains to another city and the staff went out of their way to help us. We also travelled with an elderly and did not realise that Chongqing was a city with steep pathways. The hotel was happy to lend us a wheelchair from the hotel. The location was amazing and very close to the train station. Extremely happy with our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone staying in Chongqing.
