We truly felt at home. So much so that we skipped our Great Ocean Road trip the next day and just stayed in, grilled some meat, and enjoyed the cozy atmosphere. And the kangaroos visiting the yard every evening? That was an absolutely amazing surprise!

Everything! Very comfortable - stunning design Everything for a few day stay was provided ! Love the fireplace with the big supply of red gum wood and kindling. The host thought of everything !

Cottage shows its history in a good way. It was cold at night and the heating was definitely adequate. We chose not to light a fire but nice to have that option. It was also nice to see local kangaroos (perhaps some wallabies too) and cockatoos. We catered for ourselves mostly and kitchen had all we needed. Great too, to have a washing machine and dryer.

Lovely quiet rural location. Comfortable bed. Lots of extras. 6 minute drive to Penshurst. Good lighting for working. Easy check in, although might be difficult in the dark. Roomy. Modern appliances. Good Wifi. Nice large garden with views.
