Location was perfect for where I needed to go. It was nice being rural and work up to amazing sunrise. Coffee, tea and a light breakfast were provided. This was helpful as I didn't have time for much else. The rain water was a delight to drink!

We chose this establishment because it is so close to the Grampian Park and not in the middle of the crowded section. Their are two nice hikes close by and if you walk from the cottage the extra 2 miles add to the hikes themselves. The property was quiet, had some basics like oil and salt and pepper, cold water, coffee and tea. The chocolates were a nice touch. The town of Dunkel also provides a few nice options. We chose to buy groceries and eat our meals in the cottage. This gave us the feeling of home in our cozy little cottage. We made a fire each night and cooked out on the grill. The bed was comfortable, the spa tub was fabulous and the TV had Netflix. There was wildlife a few hundred yards away such as Kangaroos and Emus. This was the perfect place for us.

Everything! Very comfortable - stunning design Everything for a few day stay was provided ! Love the fireplace with the big supply of red gum wood and kindling. The host thought of everything !

Cottage shows its history in a good way. It was cold at night and the heating was definitely adequate. We chose not to light a fire but nice to have that option. It was also nice to see local kangaroos (perhaps some wallabies too) and cockatoos. We catered for ourselves mostly and kitchen had all we needed. Great too, to have a washing machine and dryer.
