Excelent accomodation with a wonderful host. The house is really big and has everything you may need. We had an excelent sleep and stay. Maria was very attentive, quick in answering and a really good person. We took takeaway dinner from the restaurant just up the street and it was excellent.

We really enjoyed this property. The owners answered all our questions quickly, and were easy to communicate with. They gave us precise check-in instructions, even sent pictures. We were met upon arrival by the owner's Mom, who lives next door and we felt so welcome, she was very sweet. The house had everything we needed and was really clean. The bathrooms look newly renovated. The property is located only a block from the lake promenade. (There is a wonderful ice cream store just a block away). On a Saturday night, there was live music and great atmosphere, but once we returned home, it was surprisingly quiet. After closing the windows, we heard nothing and slept peacefully. The property has fans, and air conditioning to keep guests comfortable on hot days. There is private secure parking in the yard. It's such a cute home, in an equally cute town. Definitely recommend!

Many helpful items including hairdryer, microwave, iron, washing maschine, coffee maker and all those bathrokm accessoires if you forgot yor own, close to italian piazza bossi at lakefront with sympatic restaurants, bus stop to Capolago close by, all in walking distance, right at a small one way street up hill, close but not too much traffic, unfortunately the sleeping sofa is not really a bed regardless the age or size of the child, although among the neighborhood you are complety on your own and lprivate
