    Huge old house in a little village up the hill but newly renovated with fully equipped function like staying at home. Host is really nice and warmed welcome even we arrived late. Breakfast is superb. All organic vegetables grown in village. All the dishes are home cooked. Homemade miso for soup is so delicious that we asked the host to buy some.

    Is a great house and wish we had more than a one night stay. Very clean and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. Great host with great communication. Sent a lot of ideas for restaurants and activities without being asked.

    House is located in quiet historical area, perfect to escape from city rush. A river runs nearby, and it’s lovely to stroll along its banks. The house is well equiped for short and long stay. We've used it as a base to explore Nara and Wakayama regions. Hosts are very nice and ready to help with any question/request you might have. Ping-pong table was a nice bonus to spend the evenings.
