Older, but we'll laid out and everything worked. No A/C but Cool on a 90 degree day thanks to the shade of trees and the well ventalated A frame design. Easy parking for a 23' trailer, easy access from and back to Hwy55.

The bad ones were concerning cleanliness of the house and availability of the host to respond to concerns. It looks like they listened to the reviews because we had a great stay. The place was clean, and not only that, they sent a text right after we checked in to see if the cleanliness met our expectations. It did. It was very clean. Once time I contacted the host to ask a question and they got right back to me. The place was large as there were only two of us. It was very comfortable. The tub was nice, the kitchen was nice and fully stocked. It had everything we needed. It had a washer and dryer. It had a garage. It was great. It was nice to see that they listened to the bad reviews because you can tell they have changed the way they run things.
