Set in Rodrigues Island and only 13 km from Francois Leguat Reserve, Chez Tonio Magic Ocean View offers accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. I loved this property. The view was absolutely fantastic and a joy to wake up to every morning. The house was in a lovely secluded position on the hillside and so well equipped from a fridge freezer, great coffee machine, excellent Wifi and so much more. The owner was so responsive by text and the lovely Melissa was on hand if I needed anything. She also cooked me the best meal I had on the island. There was a great little shop down the road and excellent local restaurant with a bus stop at the end of the track to get into town or to the beach or It was a 15 minute if you fancied the walk to Mourouk beach. I was a solo female traveller and felt very safe. I cannot wait to go back and can’t recommend this place enough, especially if you are wanting to experience a beautiful authentic island off the beaten track. This accommodation offers it all. We went around the whole island and the location is unique with it's private beach, the fantastic view, quiet while still being very near to the city. The director was most kind, thoughtful and helped us personally which was great too! Overall the accommodation is very nice and to wake up with a view of the sea, lagoon and pool was perfect! 10/10 I would always suggest staying their. Only if you want to Kite-Surf every day then the very windy east of the island is better for you. For everyone else go to Villas Vetiver.
