The 1 and 2 bedroom apartments have cooking facilities. Pub and restaurant/ take away on site were fab. Grab pizzas and have them in the sports bar. Plenty of beds in the rooms, heaters did a great job. Everything was really clean

Great location next to lake, amazing views. Bungalow room was cosy and well equipped, heater was a lifesaver. Toilets/showers were very clean. Rabbits were cute and made the place feel lively.

The view from our room, meals, drying rooms, heated accommodation, music entertainment, proximity to lifts/hire and car park, and customer service from a lot of smiling and helpful staff like Phoebe, Sebastian and waiters. Josh the manager also really helped my friends who had difficulty with online equipment hire.

the staff are so sweet they helped bring up heavy luggage up the stairs on their own initiative. there is kids club which was a real draw, with very friendly caregivers. the room is nice and clean. the shuttle bus comes frequently.

Our cabin was quiet and well located. The caravan park was opposite the shopping precinct allowing easy access to grocery shops etc. The caravan park fronted Lake Jindabyne and so had a nice outlook, although the cabin didn't have a view. It was a 30 minute drive to Thredbo, so this location provided easy access to Mt Kosciuszko.

Amazing place ! so far the best one I stayed during my Australia trip. Rooms are absolutely new and top clean. Excellent WIFI + TV + top great breakfast including plenty of salty items. If this hotel would have a swimming pool, they would just obtain the maximum possible (but I knew there was not). This place is absolutely recommended to anyone and compared to what they offer, rate is deinfitively good.

Cabin was in excellent condition. This has been the best cabin that I have stayed in. I usually stay at places where there is a kitchen just because you can cook tour own food. So, I have a lot of experience staying at holiday parks. This has been the best experience so far. Cleanliness emaculate and cabin condition very good.
