Laura, Lucy, and all teammates at the front desk were very friendly, welcoming, and patient whenever we had questions about transportation, shopping, and dining. They even provided free shuttle bus service from the hotel to the exhibition center throughout our stay. Whenever I worked late in the restaurant area, they always offered drinks, and sometimes even snacks for free. Their professionalism and friendliness in service are why I rate them so highly. There is a large shopping mall and local restaurant right in front of the accommodation. And the accommodation is very comfortable. Quiet and delicious breakfast. There are even friendly staff.

The hotel is in a great location, there is a mall nearby and lots of restaurants and convenience stores. We didn’t actually physically stay inside the Holiday Inn hotel. We got a free upgrade so we actually stayed at the Crowne Plaza hotel which is actually attached to the Holiday Inn. Our room was very spacious and had a lovely city view. The hotel is very new and modern in terms of renovations, and our room was exceptionally clean. The hotel staff are also very lovely and helpful. Will definitely come back to this hotel every time I’m in Qingdao.
