Very nice and clean room with the best breakfast we ever had in a guesthouse! The owner and staff were super firendly and helpful. It's located just 15-20 mins from the old town, but also quite close to the Arthur's seat which is a must visit!

Lydie was above and beyond kind. Super accommodating and such a warm and fun personality. The location was excellent and made it super easy to get around and see the highlights of the city. And the rooms were absolute perfection. Such a wonderful vibe. If we are ever able to make it back to Edinburgh we will definitely pick the Albyn Townhouse to stay at again.

it is close to the center. The Family that runs it were very friendly. The mother and daughter were very Nice. I love our little chat. we are also very lucky because they even help and suggested where to go or what is the best way to save money. They even offer their tea and coffee as well as biscuits and chocolate. we will be definitely be back in here.
