The location is nice, in a quieter area but very close to everything you need. Both owners are very friendly and cooked an amazing breakfast every day (all freshly made local food). The room was spacious and there is a small common area which is very handy.

For a property in the middle of nowhere and projects to be relaxing or romantic escape the room is excessively small. No place or table (even space to fit one) to eat while the staff insists on inroom dining. The wall to wall window even on the second floor is low enough for everyone to watch you from the small garden area as it is also the walkway to dining. Hence no privacy unless you have your blinds closed all the time but that defeats the sole purpose of a ocean view room. They should consider one way film to provide privacy (at the least). Again the bathroom is abysmally small once again for a “villa”. Staff doesn’t know english and doesn’t even try to communicate in Hindi at least thus making it really hard for any communication. Unless you have your own vehicle, uber or other ride share service don’t come here to pick up. Thus making it hard for reliable airport transport when majority of the staff doesn’t speak english and everything relies on one manager to handle. For a kerala resort, the staff doesn’t even know/offer anything kerala like a herbal tea even.
