We had a delightful stay at the Haven cottage run by a elderly couple. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail were exceptional. The cottage was impeccably clean, and the balcony offered a pleasant mountain view. Our stay was very comfortable at Mellow Mount. Ashfaq and his staff were always onsite to resolve every single issue. We lost power on the day of checkout. Ashfaq exhibited exceptional service by bringing in a generator and restoring hot water. I would love to go back and stay again!
