Cannot recommend this place enough. The property is very clean. The pool is big and provides a nice cool dip in the sun! What makes the stay so special is Janice! She helped us to book any trips, renting motorbikes and any other transportation. All the staff go above and beyond to help their guests!

Lisa was exceptional, she was very informative and helpful with many recommendations during our stay. The location was great for us, away from the hustle and bustle of the city and with private access to the beach which we very much liked, we Snorkled there and saw some Giant turtles, which is a bit hard to find in other beaches. The bungalows and amenities were in a good condition and clean. Breakfast was also Good. Staff was on top. Would definitely recommend !

It's like staying at home with friends. The atmosphere is so nice and peaceful. The lawn and garden are just beautiful and relaxing. Teo and Arlyn are wonderful hosts and can help with anything you need. They have scooters for hire and the guesthouse is closer to White Beach than Panagsama where the sardines, bars and restaurants are. The rooms are swept daily and the sheets changed every two days. It is kept immaculate! If you are not sure how long you'll want to stay in the area, book it for a few days longer so you won't have to move. The beds are very comfortable. Very. I slept so well here. They offer breakfast only, not included, and the serving time is flexible. Would stay in no other place. A scooter is a valuable item there.

We absolutely loved the room and the entire place — the landscaping was beautiful, everything felt fresh and well-maintained, and most of the amenities seemed new and in great condition. I really appreciated having a hairdryer in the room, especially at this price point. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. This is actually the first time I’m leaving a review this positive because I was genuinely impressed. The free breakfast was also a great bonus! The place, the staff — everything truly deserves more recognition.

    Really nice homestay. We stayed for like 18 nights and we are sad to leave. Idonnah was great in helping out with questions and arranging transportations. They have an onsite restaurant and you could rent scooters from them. They even have helmets for my two children and I can not be more thankful! You could also rent kayak at the dive shop next door. Pretty much everything you need.

    Ni e clean bungalows. Nice beds, bathroom with warm water. Seaview.. It's a Homestay. Like I was used when backpacking during the 80ths. Nice good swimming.

    This is a simple cute homestay in beautiful surroundings. Location is perfect if you want to explore the south side of the island with all the waterfalls, be close to the town and shore but far from the noise. They have good food and the kitchen has the best view in Moalboal. Right in front is a great place for snorkeling and you can rent the equipment plus scooters there at great value. The staff is too kind, Idona took such good care of us for everything that we needed, we would definitely come again!

    When we arrived we were greeted by the wonderful view that relieved our stress from the heat and exhaustion coming from Cebu City. The frontdesk Ms. Edonna is very helpful during our stay. They have an optional Aircon that for either 12 hrs or 24 hrs, which was a value for money. We rented their scooter to go to Simala and Inambakan Waterfalls. The best snorkeling site is just at the back of the homestay. We rented their snorkel set and saw a big turtle, many kind of starfish and fishes. Everything was a perfection.
