She gave us suggestions for Bún chả, Egg Coffee and general attractions. She recommended fantastic, non-touristy places where locals eat! She also helped organise a tour and helped us with our taxi to the airport. We opted for the top floor room which was up 5 flights of stairs but the view at the top was fantastic.
