It was an incredible experience that I will never forget. From the moment I arrived, Lily, the hostess, and her family were extremely welcoming and friendly. They made me feel like part of their family, which was very heartwarming. During my stay, I went on a bamboo trek with Lily as my guide. It was a completely different experience from the trek I had done before with another hostel. We trekked through a hidden route that only the local Hmong knew about. It was just us and nature, which was exactly what I was looking for. I saw some breathtaking views of terraces and mountains that I would not have seen otherwise. The highlight of my stay was the three nights I spent in one of the jungle huts. The hut was basic but comfortable, and the surroundings were incredible. I could hear the sound of the stream and the rain, which was very calming. It was exactly what I needed after being in a hectic city. Lily and her family were always willing to help me with anything I needed. We spent two lovely evenings having dinner together and listening to music. It was a great opportunity to learn more about the Hmong culture and way of life. Overall, I highly recommend Hmong Sister House homestay to anyone looking for an authentic experience in Sapa town. Just keep in mind that the cleanliness may not be up to western standards, but that's to be expected in a wooden hut. Thank you, Lily and family, for making my trip to Sapa so unforgettable! ✌️👍

We really enjoyed staying in this place. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a huge shower room . There were 4 options in the breakfast menu.

This place felt like home immediately and it's very likely to make new friends here!! Duc & Linh are such lovely hosts, they would help you with anything and do family dinners every day. The homestay has a big garden with stunning views on rice fields and it's not far away from SaPa town. I just stayed for two days which was wayyyy too short but hopefully will be back at some point!!!

Although I arrived very early in the morning off the sleeping bus from Hanoi the proprietors were willing to store my luggage until check in. Around lunch time the hotel was serving a large group but they still provided me with a place to wait and some refreshment until my room was ready. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and the bed the most comfortable I have had yet in Vietnam. AC kept it cool and there was a nice balcony for use before the mosquito time in the evening. It is a bit of a hike up a steep hill to the central lake but the location is good. All the streets in Sapa are very congested with traffic so it is not easy to be picked up directly at the door but probably this is the same everywhere. I thought there might be breakfast available to buy but they don’t seem to cater except for groups. Not a problem though as you can get a breakfast baguette right next door.
