It was perfect. We really enjoyed the balcony view of the river and getting to meet the hosts. Breakfast was also great.

Gorgeous rooms with lots of space, beautifully decorated. Your own mini kitchen and lounge area too. Atmospheric garden with tables and chairs surrounded by greenery, a little bit of Tuscan charm and you can buy the owners wine to enjoy in the garden. What’s not to like! Owners very friendly and helpful. We had bikes to cycle the Mosel pathways; very easy access to these. Found some good restaurants in neighbouring villages.

The host was wonderful! Lovely breakfast. She had a garage to park and charge our ebikes. Perfect weekend! We will be back.

Set on a winery in the picturesque Mosel Valley, this family-run guest house is located in the town of Nittel. We were made to feel most welcome. The room was very clean & had everything we needed.

Located in Trittenheim in the wine-growing Moselle region, this guest house produces its own wine that has won national and international awards. This was our 6:th stay at the Weinhotelchen since 2010 and there is a reason for that. We have visited the Mosel area and Trittenheim several times during the last 25 years but this is our very favourite place to stay. We simply love the Clüsserath family and the Weinhotelchen.

This guest house in Leiwen offers wine tasting and horse-drawn carriage rides through the surrounding vineyards. It is a 10-minute walk from the River Moselle. Host was great, great set up for bike storage, and wonderful breakfast. The welcome with a glass of their own wine and grape juice for our son was super nice.

This family-run guest house in Zummethöhe offers great views of the River Moselle, free Wi-Fi, and wines from their own winery. The Saar-Hunsrück reserve is 9 km away. We were met by lovely Jennifer who thankfully, spoke fluent English (we do try to speak German but we're not very good yet). We had a great, informative wine tasting when we booked in. She was a delight and a real asset to the family business there! Breakfast was fantastic - very varied and lots of it! Monica was sooooo wonderful and made us laugh each morning! Nothing was too much trouble. We stocked up on wine on our departure where Jennifer checked us out and was so kind to us. Thank you. We look forward to a repeat visit next year!
