Featuring an outdoor swimming pool and views of pool, Le Ranch Kabahina Golf is a recently renovated guest house set in Saint-Geours-de-Maremne, 21 km from Dax Train Station. Audrey and Baptiste were the perfect hosts. The place is beautiful, perfect for kids too. There is so much space and a great feeling of freedom. The perfect place for the whole family to relax and reconnect. Tasty breakfast and dinner available with local products in a beautifully made outdoor eating area. None of us wanted to leave and we sincerely hope that we'll be able to visit again.

Situated in Saint-Just, 38 km from Saintes Train Station, Ti Kaz Auberge features accommodation with a garden, free WiFi and bicycle parking. The owner (Guillaume) is charming and very welcoming. There were beer and soft drinks available for purchase. Our room and communal areas were very comfortable and clean. We arrived by bicycle and there was a garage to store the bikes. Very nice if you’re on a motorbike or bicycle! We opted for breakfast. It was good value and included some delicious homemade jams. The garden area and patio is really nice. There is a jacuzzi available at extra charge but we didn’t try it. Had it been a cold wet day; after arriving by bicycle that would have been really nice!!

Offering a garden and garden view, Chambre privée, Mer et Foret is situated in Le Verdon-sur-Mer, 1.6 km from Cantines Beach and 1.8 km from Maison de Grave Beach. Very helpful and friendly couple. Beautiful room and ensuite. Like the electric security blinds and the table and chairs sitting outside. Also the electric security gates gave peace of mind at night. Continental breakfast really good and well worth it. Would definitely come back.

Set just 600 metres from Pereire Beach, Les Villas de la Ville d'Hiver Palissy features accommodation in Arcachon with access to a garden, a bar, as well as luggage storage space. Amandine was a perfect hostess and was very helpful, cheerful and friendly. The Villa was immaculate with lovely thoughtful extras like speciality tea selection and a homely treat jar . I loved the way the Villa supported local produce such as locally produced luxury toiletries and arcachon speciality teas. The atmosphere in the Villa was relaxed and peaceful and it was evident that it was loved. The design details were charming , from designer lighting, to demi manivelle door knobs, stone staircase, tasteful sculptures and a lovely selection of coffee table books which we enjoyed browsing through. The outdoor area was well maintained with lovely pool and flowering shrubs and the rustling sound of fan palm leaves in the breeze. As the temperatures were in the late 30 s it was lovely to have access to the lovely red roof tiled gazebo for shade. Breakfast was available on request and Amandine ensured that personal preferences were accommodated as was the options of having it indoors or outside in the garden. Acces to the kitchen facilities for self catering for breakfast , lunch and dinner was a valued bonus. We also had access to bicycles to cycle into the centre of arcachon, which is only 10 mins away and all downhill :-) All in all the attention to detail and service was excellent. So much so that we had pre booked for 3 nights but loved the place so much that we extended to 6 nights. An absolute gem, beautiful location, charming Villa inside and out and wonderful staff that give great love and attention making it a very enjoyable, memorable and relaxing stay. Featuring garden views, LauRina - Chambre, SDB, terrasse, arrivée autonome provides accommodation with a garden and a terrace, around 41 km from Saintes Train Station. helpful owners, take pets, parking and WiFi good. the small fridge , microwave and eating area was a nice touch

Set in Gujan-Mestras, 7.5 km from La Coccinelle and 7.7 km from Kid Parc, Hôtel particulier - Les lodges du Bassin d'Arcachon- Petit-déjeuner sur demande- Prestations haut de gamme offers air... Fantastic, stylish space, cleverly arranged. Convenient though slightly tricky parking on site. Communicative and informative host.

Domaine de l’Escuderia in Parentis-en-Born provides adults-only accommodation with a garden, barbecue facilities and a shared lounge. It was great . The host was very kind and serviceminded. He offered a good dinner even if it was late. The room was charming, but nice and functional.

La Belle Amarre-Bed and Breakfast-Maison d'Hôtes provides accommodation located 400 metres from the centre of La Rochelle and offers a terrace and a bar. The guesthouse was very beautiful and unique. Pascale and marc were really helpful, friendly and made our stay welcoming. Gorgeous breakfast served in the morning and the bed was really comfy.

Makikita sa Arcachon at 100 metro mula sa Pereire Beach, ang VILLA LES OMBREES ay nag-aalok ng express check-in at check-out, non-smoking rooms, garden, libreng WiFi, at water sports facilities. Our hosts were warm, welcoming, and competent. Breakfast was terrific, with homemade pasteries as well as yogurt, fresh fruit, bread, homemade jams and jellies and more. The house is charming, in an old restored villa with abundant art work and immaculate and modern bathrooms. The location was close to the best beach and walking/bicycling trails on one side, and charming Arcachon center on the other.

Boasting a garden, bar and views of garden, Maison Elizondoa is set in Masparraute, 47 km from Dax Train Station. The property was handy for the motorway north. We had a well equipped bedroom and ensuite. A lovely breakfast with homemade jams and pastries. After eating breakfast we wished we had booked for dinner. Maybe next time?
