It was a challenge getting inside since i lost internet connection, upon seeing their neatly and seamless self-check in process , simple yet functional

Recommend staying at T Home Balcony. Excellent location, rooms are in great condition (personally thought the room was better than the photos look), we also had a late 1am check in but our host was really accommodating and easy to communicate with.

The location is great, 2 minutes walk to the park, and also quiet at night

The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, full-day security and currency exchange for guests. I loved everything. It is calm, very well located, clean and has everything you need, even a terrace! The room is spacious, the bathroom even has heating lamps for whn you shower and you have the entire last floor to yourself. On top of that, the owner is incredibly kind and helpful and goes out if his way to make sure you have everything you need. I will be back in Hanoi later this year and I hope I will be able to book with them again.

Not the best room we've stayed but definitely good value for the money. The owner is the the nicest and very important the most honest person we've encountered in Vietnam on our trip.
