Emer was a wonderful host! She really ensures there is a good vibe and will match you up with other travellers (if you want of course) so you can do activities together. Large, clean rooms and you can do your laundry for free as well which was needed ;-) Amazing, social place to stay and I even booked extra nights here as I had such a great time here. Everything! The room and the bathroom were clean and spacious (at least for one person) and it’a near the entrance of the national forest park. The place doesn’t have an elevator but Ralph helps the guests with their luggages. He also asks the guest what they need prior to getting into their room and he helped me book my visit to Tianmen Mountain!

The owner of this hotel are so nice, the guy lend me money because i had a problem with my wechat and alipay. And the girl offered me to do my laundry i know thats too much. Thats why i just asked her to help me to operate their washer so i can just do it on my own. They are so nice, if im going to go back in zhangjiajie, i will stay in their hotel for sure.

The hostel is about a 10 minute walk from the Wulingyuan enterance of the Zhangjiajie National Park - a fantastic location even for lodging that would cost several times more per night! The hostel and facilities are clean throughout. The host provided valuable info through WeChat, particularly on weather conditions in the park that affected transportation options within the park. Great value for your money given the comfort, cleanliness, and superb location! Just one note: make sure you can use Alipay - you can only pay for the laundry machine using Alipay.
