United StatesThe hostess Anna Rita was very helpful and went above and beyond in assisting us when a family member got sick. She took exceptional care of all of us ? assisting us with everything we needed. Their guide Owen was very helpful too, assisting us with our medical needs and taking care of us by talking to the doctor and even bringing us medication. He was very knowledgeable and did a phenomenal job showing us the local wildlife during our tour. Ana Rita and Owen were truly amazing and we appreciate all they did to make our stay very enjoyable and comfortable.

You can use a well equipped kitchen, great if you are on a budget. It's right in Tortuguero close to many restaurants and mini market. There's a garden to relax in and a veranda with hammock. Very quiet at night. You can book tours which were great, we did canals in canoe, day walk and night walk (highlight).
