It’s comfortable, the hotel employees are really kind and helpful. You could get into or leave the hotel at any time you need. The common areas are ok. This hotel is located in a good zone, it’s in the city’s center.

Nice old style construction with balconies and courtyard. Has luggage storage which was very helpful.

Outstanding hospitality. The ambience is old style, beautiful and full of the "touch" of Señor Coba, the owner. Hostal Flores is one of the most memorable places we have ever stayed in. Comfortable and relaxing; quiet and welcoming. Staff and owner were responsive to our every need. Good advise about local places to see. Relaxed and very clean and comfortable. We liked being able to hang hand- washing on the Terraza and to eat and make tea and use the "kitchen" on the ground floor. Everything was sparkling clean and neat. Central location for "Old Town" Quito; public transport; sights and sounds of Quito Staff: Ismael and Alex were superb. Proficient in English.

Great location, near Old Town. The hotel is comfortable with caring staff and wonderful customer service. I was leaving early for a day trip and the staff was up early to make me breakfast before I left. This is a great hotel to use while exploring Quito or venturing out to the mountains.

the entire decoration is very beautiful. bathroom is big with hot water. Each bed has a cabin with lamp and socket. kitchen supply is ok. Close to metro station and trolebús station. Shops just outside the door. Surrounding is safe. Staff is very helpful.

Its location near metro station and its price. The hostel has its own parking. They do not speak English but organize a talk to someone on phone who understands English very well.

The hostal is really nice, and the rooms are spacious. We were able to keep our bags at the hostal while we walked around Quito with no extra charge.
