In the beginning, there were problems with the microwave, TV, and freezer, but they gave us a new room, so that was a good thing.

I stayed there for one night but the staff was very nice. And the room quite good for a dormitory. And the breakfast in the morning was very good.

I just needed a place to stay overnight in an affordable part of Helsinki, and the apartment was perfectly adequate for that purpose. Those who are more demanding and not prepared for the austere conditions of a hostel will be disappointed. They will have to pay extra for better accommodation.
