I arrived at night and the location is easy to find. The beds are comfortable and bigger than expected for being a bunk. The staff was great!! Sadly I didn't have breakfast there cause I asked them for a recommendation of a typical Bordeaux place, which they did and it was delicious!!!!!

It's a hotel and one in a great area at that; you have restaurants and a marketplace nearby. The shared bedrooms are good enough, really modern and comfy. It was a bit hard to climb the stairs but not something too troublesome. The shared area is good, great kitchen and it has a washing-machine and dryer you can use for free, they sell soap in reception. The staff was really good. It is a 5-10min walk to the Gare St Jean (trains and tram) so although is far from the center is really well connected.

Everything was so clean, quiet and the staff were very friendly. It's close to everything, i really recommend this hostel.
