United KingdomGreat location and staff. Staff were attentive and nice, super informative and accommodating. Individual curtained rooms allowed for sufficient privacy for a shared room. Very comfy and very warm for a autumn stay. Good social areas with a wood-burner meant it felt very sheltered from the elements. Beds were surprisingly comfy for bunk beds, shower was great. Very safe.

GermanyAbsolutely great location, near the pubs and ferry terminal. Simple, yet very clean facilities, and a fantasticly organisized self-catering kitchen (plenty drying towels and other supplies). Special shout-out to Fiona at the reception who enthusiastically consulted with with regards to live usic pubs and dining opportunities.

The hostel is well equiped you can get a towl for free even (not in other hostels). The manager is kind and easy going. You have nice beach straight under the hostel. You have to walk the last 5 minutes and use a wheelbarrow to carry you stuff in which was hilarious. A very peaceful location if you want to really feel like you’ve escaped the busy world we live in.
