I stayed in laboheme gili hostel And it was so much fun. They do events everyday in hostel beer pong tournament & hill walk is my favorite. Will is event organizer and he is very friendly and funny, Iwan made my stay very smooth he helped me a lot for my travelling. I would love to stay there again:-) Laboheme is home in gili T x

What an awesome atmosphere the team at Mad Monkey has created. Exceptional views of the beach while poolside. Breath taking sunsets and quick and easy access to local eateries. But what really makes the stay is the team at Mad Monkey. Dan is an absolute wonderful human who took the utmost care of us during our stay. B and Billy are also fantastic hosts. They team really helps amplify the fun during your stay. Other guests were great and we have new friends for life!

The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was really nice and they do house keeping every day. They also offer discounts if you stay & dive. I definitely recommend it.

Everything is great! Clean, air conditioned, great location. Quiet and peaceful. Staff are the best, they will help you with everything. They get the minimum commission for snorkeling/tickets. (Best price in whole island). Breakfast free. There are social/fun programs (held in their partner hostel)

My stay at Gili Beach Bum was amazing! The room and the facilities were clean, the bed was comfortable and it is convenient that you don’t need to share the room with many people (I shared with two people and the size of the room and the bathroom was more than enough). Also the staff welcomes you and makes you feel at home and comfortable from day 1, they are always there to help you if you need to! The location is also great since it’s close to basically everything! Overall it’s a great place to stay and to meet people if you’re travelling solo (or not) also because they organize many activities. I’d highly recommend!!

Great hostel with a very social vibe. The included free dinners are either nasi goreng or mi goreng - nothing too fancy, but it does the job. Activities like snorkeling trips or the sunset boat tour can be booked directly with the hostel, bike rental also offered. Once happy hour gets going at the bar there are usually drinking games with cards or beer pong etc. Personally, I'm not a fan of getting obscenely drunk and I didn't enjoy any of the parties/clubs that exist on the island. I much preferred having good conversations with the other guests during the day. Your mileage may vary, and certainly there's quite a young crowd of backpackers coming through this hostel, so if drinking and partying is your thing, the staff takes everyone out at around 11ish PM each evening. I never had my sleep disturbed, even when I chose to head to bed early, and even when others in my 3 person dorm room returned quite late from a night out - everyone is very respectful of the quiet hours. I'd like to give a special shout out to Hasti and Shayla, two of the staff members working at the reception. They were very warm and welcoming, always happy to answer any of my questions, and always delivering quality service with a smile. They really helped me feel at home, not just in the hostel, but on the island in general :)
