Perfect location, not far from the old town, but also the surrounding neighborhood was very nice - do not forget to enjoy an evening walk to Church of the Discovery of the Holy Cross (Kalvarija), beautiful architecture, surrounding garden and impressive historic pilgrimage site with its close to real life 35-station Way of the Cross. Large food stores - Iki, Rimi,- around the corner; free parking. Room was very clean, great facilities. Will definitely come back upon our next stay in Vilnius.

The welcoming and kind attitude of the staff was absolutely exceptional, more fitting of a five star hotel than a modest extremely inexpensive hostel such as this one. The location was unbeatable, absolutely perfect, practically the center of the Old Town where all the main attractions of Vilnius are located. The kitchen was very well equipped with all the necessities.

I was in a 4-bed dorm and it was super clean and nice. The staff were extremely nice and friendly. The facilities were really clean. It's very nature-y and so I loved it. It was so green all around. There were hammocks and really cool places to sit around outside the building with a bar outside. They also had random full blown concerts on the weekend which I thought was extremely cool! There were loads of people gathered around for that and it was cool to experience local Lithuanian music as well. Great place to work, socialize and go around the artistic district that it was located in.

This was my second stay at Mikalo! It is about 12 min by foot to the bus or train station & so very close to the main center of Vilnius -- in the old part of the city, with cafes & bars just minutes away. It is very clean, nice kitchen space (well stocked!) w/ free coffee/tea. The managers are super lovely & very-very helpful. Lockers in the room, clean bathrooms -- and I enjoyed interacting with the other guests. Very nice "home" feel to it -- people gathering in the kitchen to talk... I'll certainly stay there again when I go back to Vilnius

    This is a cheap hostel, so I haven't expected any luxury. Room and facilities were clean and comfortable. Great location in the Old Town, 10-min walk from the railway/bus station, close to public transport stops. The staff contacted me in the morning and provided instructions for self check-in. Lockers are available on the day of departure. Kitchen and dining facilities are large and provide enough space for all guests.

    Clean toilets, awesome beds and great location. The owners son was very friendly and told me where to visit. Thanks to his recommendations,I went to the correct spots n had the best food! It’s one of those best hostels I stayed in baltic countries. I made alot of friends in this hostel so I would definitely go back here!

    Great location, Easy check-in. Big rooms with lockers, no bunk beds. Towels were provided. Many toilets/showers in the hostel. Spacious common area and clean kitchen with well-organised fridge/food storage system. Met the owner Juan, who was a super welcoming host and so great to talk to.

    The room and bathroom was very modern, clean and large! The owner is very friendly and helpful. The kitchen is well equipped. Generally there was everything i needed. I felt very comfortable and safe and would stay there again at any time. One of the best hostels I've ever stayed in (and I've stayed in a lot)
