Everything! A very warm welcome. Super good location. Right in the center but quiet enough for rest and sleep. Superb hospitality, very nice and helpful Owner & staff, good facilities, clean room, great ambiance, nothing to complain. Despite having a little language barrier, strangely we can still understand 😄. But Owner's daughter in-law can speak English fluently. Owner also very friendly, invited me to their house and have a Plov cooking class. Memorable experience. I took an early morning train to Khiva, Owner helped me to talk to Yandex driver and he called me during the train journey to check if everything ok. They packed for me a bread for the journey. For laundry service, they charged me at reasonable price. The whole family really nice, make me feel at home.Highly recommended 👍👍👍

The lady was warm and welcoming. I had to leave at 2 in the morning to catch a train, she woke up to walk me out. Also AC works perfectly, bathroom’s a bit small but clean. The room is big with lots of space.
