A place / location for R&R, Surrounded by mountains / natures. And if you are there at the right time to see the rice fields terrace maturing…wow. Owners are a young friendly couple with three (self entertaining) children. Owner can also set you up with the taxi service as needed, since the property is a bit out of town. Oh, and we were taking the overnight bus to Hà Nội…the owners were nice enough to let us hang around after checking out till the time we wanted to leave.

HeLLo SaPa is a great place to come back to after a long day visiting this beautiful place. Mia, at the reception, is very helpful, happy to help with all your requests along with her team. She shared a lot of useful tips, which made my journey even more enjoyable. The room itself was very big for me, as a solo traveler in a triple room, but would be decently sized for a family too. It was usually quiet, although you can hear people in the corridors. The breakfast was the cherry on top! A lot of different choices and cooked very fast to your liking, all with a lot of delicious fruits. A great start of all of my days in Sa Pa!

It's one of the best hostels in Vietnam. It's also my second time staying here. The building was designed to be a youth hostel for international travelers. All facilities are tailor-made for backpackers, absolutely amazing. Hostel owners are from Hanoi, and invest a lot in this new hostel.

Had the perfect stay at this guesthouse. The owner is fantastic, very helpful, even helped with a taxi as I left, and sending something to hanoi that I forgot. bed was super comfy, heated blanket too! great hot shower as well, and a nice view from the windows. could not ask for a better trekking base for sure.

We booked this room because we did the trekking activity and left our big backpacks in the room for a couple of days. The meeting point for the trek was around the corner at the church. The value for the room was great. The staff is very friendly and nice. It is in a great location close to the plaza, restaurants and shops. For the cold weather they do have an electric heating blanket. They provide water bottles too. Our room was on the 5th floor and we used the stairs I don’t think there’s an elevator/lift.
