Surrounded by a large garden, Youthhostel Lugano features an outdoor pool with deckchairs and sunshades, as well as children’s playground and volleyball, badminton and table tennis facilities. I cannot overstate the professionalism, care, and consideration of all the staff working there. Effortlessly adapting to language and cultural needs, they went far beyond expectations to ensure the stay was highly enjoyable for my daughters and me.
