Great hostel with a bar/kitchen downstairs. Was very quiet for sleeping and reception was helpful. Very clean and lots of facilities.

The Oldtown Hostel Otter and its old-established Wüste Bar is a stylish place for the young-at-heart in Zürich's Old Town, about 300 metres from the Zürich-Stadelhofen train station and the lake. Great location and price, very clean, quiet and comfortable!

Host are super good and gave us few good tips to explore places nearby.

Depot 195 occupies a renovated brick building in a historic factory site in the centre of Winterthur, 500 metres from the train station. It offers a snack bar and free WiFi access. I was with my daughter who is disabled. She was given a key to a handicap bathroom that made all the difference. She was able to be independent and get showers, toilet, etc.

The staff was pretty nice, greetings to Oscar and the owner!, the location might give you a wrong vibe of what it really is. It’s not even dangerous, just a “curious” city block tho :) you can chill, no need to actually worry about! Best Cheap option in center, next to train station (Hauptbahnhof). Enjoy the city!

Location is prime, great value for the area. Comfy beds, big windows that open out onto the cute street below. Super clean. Even a lil mini fridge.
