The staff was always available, and the room was clean and functional with a small desk and power sockets. We joined the Ijen tour and it was smooth, well-arranged, and affordable. You can feel they care about each guest.

I appreciated the coffee, water dispenser, washing machine, comfortable places to sit. The rooftop was really nice — you can see a nearby volcano when it’s clear!
