The staff was really helpful. She even provided me with a raincoat when she saw me taking one of the umbrellas since u was riding a bicycle, and it was not safe holding an umbrella while riding the bicycle. The bed was comfortable, and the top floor had a good view of mt fuji. There were free bicycles, umbrellas, ear plugs, snacks, coffee, and candies. The staff will also help you with getting your luggage downstairs.

The units come with a fridge, microwave, a kettle, a bidet, a hairdryer and a desk. All rooms are fitted with a safety deposit box and selected rooms will provide you with mountain views. All guest rooms at the hostel are equipped with a seating area. The host was amazing, being so nice and caring with us, as well as helping us plan the trip. Great location, very good breakfast and very comfy beds. I strongly recommend.

Spent 3 days here and she looked more beautiful every day as the weather got colder. The property is well managed with super friendly staff. The kitchen is very clean, large and accommodate several people preparing food at the same time. The mix dorm beds were sturdy and no creaking noises. Curtains provide privacy.
