The service was very nice. Very heavy suitcases was helped to carry. Everything was very sanitary, pretty and cute. The shower and toilet is public but utterly sanitary.

My son and I stayed for seven nights for a ski trip. Ecolodge is a great choice. Great location, right next to 711 convenience store. Small but clean and warm room. Canteen breakfast and dinner were great value. living room is spacious and lively. Hotel shuttle to train station and Hirafu were very helpful if you don’t have a car. Bus stop is opposite the hotel and bus timing is on the wall. Kitchenette, coin laundry and ski store room were just all we needed. Above all, the hotel staff speak English well and were extremely nice and effective. They were knowledgeable about the area and always ready to help. I once was stuck in train station without a cab and they were nice enough to come and fetch me in the middle of freezing winter evening. More memorable and pleasant stay than 5 star hotel experience!

Our family (father and two brothers, 23 and 29) had an amazing stay in Annupuri, Japan. We booked two rooms, and everything exceeded our expectations. The location is fantastic, it’s just a 5 minute drive to the gondola, making it incredibly convenient for skiing and exploring the area. Jenny, the homeowner, made our trip even more special. From the moment we arrived until the very last minute, she was there to help with anything we needed. She provided rides to and from the gondola, which was a huge bonus. Her deep knowledge of the village and surroundings made our experience even better, as she gave great recommendations for restaurants,bars and onsens . The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. If you’re looking for a cozy, well-located place with a host who truly cares about her guests, this is the perfect spot. We can’t wait to come back!

Matatagpuan ang Niseko Hirafu Tsukushi sa Kutchan, sa loob ng 5.6 km ng Hirafu Station at 12 minutong lakad ng Lerch Memorial Park. It's a great cosy place to be to ski in Niseko. The staff are lovely and very helpful to bring and collect you to Hirafu ski slopes.

Absolutely wonderful hosts, extremely welcoming and friendly! We had a problem with our car battery and Anan helped us jump-start the car at 6:30 AM. Can't recommend this place enough, lovely people!! Will definitely come back here when I visit again.

Easy check in a check out procedure! Probably one of the best deals you'll get in niseko! The double rooms are much more comfy than the hostel bunks l!

Set in Niseko, within 21 km of Niseko Annupuri International Ski Area and 21 km of Niseko Annupuri Hot Spring, スマートホテル俱知安 offers accommodation with a shared lounge and free WiFi throughout the... The room is really spacious! I never thought to have such a spacious apartment in Japan. There's everything you need inside the apartment and it feels like home! Just a few minutes walk to Coop, 711 and Sukiya is just a few minutes walk too! The location is literally just 3mins wall away from the main train station and bus terminal. Tho this is far from the popular ski resorts.

You would be hard pressed to find a better location for this price. Keep in mind, it is at the base of the "Powder Capital of the world." And if you're smart about it, you'll only have to walk about 190m (3min) the Sansui Niseko parking lot to access the slopes, ski down to the Ace Family Quad Lift, and you're mountain adventure has begun! Most of the high-end resorts have a longer walk to the lifts! The staff was amazing. Very helpful. No problem accepting and holding our luggage and snowboards, which we sent in advance via Black Cat. Plus, they're all ski-bums, so they might know a thing or two about the mountain. Think about it. They probably hit the slopes way more than you, like every day for months. Access to the food trucks behind the Owashi lodge made it real easy to find great food. The free breakfast was simple but effective. Carbs and protein. Perfect for a pre-Pow meal.
