I had a single room with shared bath. The room was basic, but very comfortable and clean. I would stay here again . It is easy to get to from the train station. Goggle makes it harder than it really is.

The "bed" is actually a neatly patitioned cubicle where I can stand up as if in a room. Hostel located right in the walkway up to the must-go temple, with restaurants open till late left and right. Super clean. Hostel of good design: showers, toilets, kitchen, coffee machine etc on ground floor while beds on upper levels, so very quiet for good sleep. Lots of common space to relax in. Staff helpful and informative responding with plenty eating and drinking options. Check in and out can be fully electronic, while staff in place during reasonable hours.

Set in Tosa and within 22 km of Daizen-ji Temple, Hostel John Mang ゲストハウス ジョン has free bikes, non-smoking rooms, and free WiFi throughout the property. Great location to take the ferry. The hostess Mari was so welcoming and gave a comprehensive and clear explanation/tour in English and she gave off great energy.

They upgraded me to a private room, which I was so grateful for. The guesthouse is a renovated ryokan with a beautiful modern design. The rooms, common areas, kitchen, and bathrooms were spacious and well-equipped. Nice and warm inside as it was built well to keep out the cold (some other places I stayed in were quite cold). Everything was clean and quiet, and the area was peaceful. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. There's a cafe a few minutes drive away, which was also really pretty. Kito Cafe Nishiumori. Will definitely be coming back next time!

Located in Sanuki, 13 km from Yakuri-ji Temple, 宿 inn TEK-TEK provides accommodation with free bikes, free private parking and a shared lounge. This is an excellent hostel. It had everything I wanted, was exceptionally clean, dorm beds were roomy and the staff great.

Veggie friendly for meals, card friendly, English is spoken. We booked a private room and it was just beautiful. Down to the smallest detail, everything was so well thought of. Would love to stay again.

Hostel & Tatami Bar Uchikobare er staðsett í Uchiko, nokkrum skrefum frá Machiya Resource Center og 200 metrum frá Omura Residence. Daisuke and his staff are very friendly and helpful. As walking Henro, with only basic Japanese, we particularly appreciated their assistance finding our next accommodation. The Sake tasting sets are great, as is the local Uchiko beer and the prepared dinners scrumptious. The guest house is located in an ideal location for exploring the fabulous old Uchiko houses, in short, thoroughly recommended.

This is a wonderful place to stay with the kindest family as the hosts. They were so sweet to allow me to come early and rest as the heat was terrible and I was hiking. She also cooked me the most delicious vegetarian meal and visited with me while I ate. I loved my stay!
