Very green area, and everything you need is a 2-5 minute walk. The apartment is located 15 minutes drive from the Mall of the Emirates (the Nearest metro station too) There is also public transport including a bus service and is easily available. The bus stop is a one-minute walk. Taxi fare to Mall of the Emirates could cost around 25-30 dhs.
