Room was fantastic with a view of Media City. The bed was so comfortable and the bathtub was the cherry on top of my whole stay. Location was actually 5 mins away from my work. The best things that made this stay like my home were the smell of the hotel and Emily the receptionist. She was so great, upgraded me to the best room, and made the stay so comfortable which was exactly what I needed. Thank you Emily and all the staff really were great.

Nothing, it’s a terrible experience ! I didn’t stay there. You actually did not register me with Fashion Avenue, The Residence; they didn’t have my booking. someone who represented Suitestay contacted me at The Residence and said my booking is with them.
As i don’t know the company and don’t know the guy, due to security reason in a newly visited city, no way we could follow the stranger and accepted their offer of accommodation.
I reported the case to your hotline immediately who wasn’t helpful at all. I also sent you 2 messages following your emails to me, and have had no reply from you so far.
I hereby requested a refund due to the above situation and unless booking.com is the only choice, I’ll refrain from using booking.com again, despite i have been your regular and loyal customer
Further, the name and the address in your confirmation were wrong/confusing; my Emirate driver couldn’t find the place and it wasn’t on google map ! Also phone number in the confirmation is not useful; always busy and no one answered. Found out later that it’s not The Residence’s number.
