Property info

This is a new apartment in a new building! It is located in the third floor.The building has 2 elevators. The apartment is 70m2,organised in a big living room which is connected to the kitchen,a bedroom,a balcony and a bathroom ! Inside the apartment you can find evrything you need to feel like home.if you need a parking there is free in the street near the building or you can book an underground parking pleace in the building We are happy to welcome you and give our help for everything you need

Neighborhood info

The building is located in a very quiet neighborhood called Old Sauk There are small markets near the building, pharmaci,bakery,etc. There is a very nice lake nearby (4 minute drive) called "Xhebrahimaj's Lake" . There is a very nice bar-restorant "Molleza" 5 minutes away from the building, where you can enjoy the nice view with tradition food and other kind of cuisine. The bus station is 2 minutes away from the building ,this bus can take you to TEG (shopping centre) (5 minutes away) and to the centre (10minutes). The neighborhood is also 5 minutes drive away from DRY LAKE and also 5 minutes drive to Tirana's Artifical Lake and National Park.
