Sea View apartments are located in the most dynamic and interesting part of the city, Volga Promenade, offering the best sea view of the coast and easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Enjoyable every season of the year, featuring central heating, with restaurants, bars, shops, gyms, museums, and mini markets open all year around. The apartment is close to many private and public beaches (Currila, Kallmi, etc.) so you'll have plenty of options to choose from. To add more the city center is only 5 min in walking distance. The last strong point of Sea View Apartments its me , the host. As a traveling lover, i can suggest,guide, and plan all your vacations from beaches, restaurants, bars, clubs, pools, museums, and some of the most amazing places in and near Durres. Also, i can show you some of the most breathtaking places in Albania that are a must to visit. Guests can eat in the on-site family-friendly restaurant, which is open for dinner, lunch, brunch, and cocktails. Dining options are available close to the apartment. The airport is Tirana International Mother Teresa, 34 km from Sea View Apartaments, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service.
Greetins ! Im Ardit Seferaj the host of Sea View Apartments and i will give you a small discription about myself. Im an 25 year old boy , only son of a family with 7 people , with my granpa, grandma , father, mother and two little sisters. I have rented two apartments for long term , and rent them to tourists with booking and other platforms. My goal is to grow profesionally and personally and expand my new bussines as much as i can. So to achieve my goal im very sure the only way is through hard work, getting along and working with people, and through making my clients happy with they're choice . So beside my two apartments with they'r facilities and services , i will provide my guests a manager that is always available , always listens calmly , a manager who will identify and anticipate they're needs and suggest solutions. Also on of my strong points its that i will provide my clients whith a full guide of Durres and Albania. I will show them what beaches , pools , restaurants , bars and activitys to do on Durres, and what places are worth visiting near Durres and in all Albania .
