The apartments are located in the center of Yerevan, on Northern Avenue, which is distinguished by its unusual beauty. Here you can find a combination of strict classical Armenian architectural style and modernism side by side. Pre-revolutionary Yerevan was a small city with a population of about 20,000 inhabitants. In the center of Yerevan there are only a few pre-revolutionary buildings, they can be found on the street. Abovyan and Hanrapetutyan. The modern layout and appearance of the “pink city” were formed as a result of a large-scale reconstruction carried out under the leadership of Alexander Tamanyan. Tamanyan demolished almost the entire old city and developed a radial-ring plan of the city, reworking the then popular garden city idea - with a wide boulevard ring around the center and the maximum possible number of residential buildings facing Ararat. Tamanyan also finally formed a national style with elements of Armenian church architecture and tufa as a building material: what would have been unacceptable in Soviet Russia was a national color.
