Convenient and quiet location with a nice view of the surrounding montains; the skibus stops in front of the house, on foot it takes 10min to reach the cable car connecting Ladis and Fiss; and the grocery store is in 3min walk from the house (there is a shortcut I was shown right after I checked in). My apartment was spacious and conneted to the large common terrace of the house. The owners were nice and helpful, and the house feels very family-friendly.

Located in Ladis, 1969 feet from the Ladis Sonnenbahn Ski Slope, Apart Hotel Neier offers apartments with a mountain-view balcony or terrace. The apartments feature a well-equipped kitchenette, a flat-screen TV and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Impressive views of the surrounding mountains can be enjoyed, as well. In winter, a spa with a sauna is available to unwind after a day on the slopes. A shop and restaurants are in the vicinity of the property. The free ski shuttle is available for about 2 hours in the morning and for about 1 hour in the afternoon and departs every 10 to 15 minutes. 3 ski instructors are availabel on site and they are happy to provide information about skiing with all guests. Ski lessons at the Skischule Alpin Ski School can be booked on site. Cross-country skiing is possible 164 feet away and guests can use a ski depot at the cable car in Ladis. From early June to mid-October, the Super Sommer Card is included in the rate. This card offers many free benefits and discounts, including free use of local cable cars and busses.
